Terms and conditions for using Photobe.

Photobe is a product of GT3 Custom SoftDesign, which develops and operates the Photobe website, apps and services. In these terms, "Photobe", "we" and "us" mean GT3 Custom SoftDesign.

These terms are meant to be readable. They describe the practical rules around using Photobe, including the website, app experience, optional sync, and shared features.

These terms apply to photobe.app, the Photobe applications, synced storage features, shared albums, and related communication channels operated under the Photobe name.

If a specific feature, plan, beta, or partner workflow is offered with additional written terms, those additional terms apply together with these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you use to create and maintain a Photobe account.

You are also responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and access tokens, and for any activity that happens through your account unless required law says otherwise.

• Use an email address you control.
• Do not share account access in ways that bypass intended user roles or plan limits.
• Notify Photobe through the contact page if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

Photobe offers a local-first experience that may remain free for local-only use, while sync-enabled features may require a paid subscription based on storage capacity and plan level.

Plan details, pricing, and available storage tiers may change over time. Changes do not usually retroactively rewrite benefits that have already been paid for during an active billing period unless law allows otherwise.

• Free use is intended for local-only organization and browsing.
• Paid plans enable storage-backed sync and related remote features.
• You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or provider-side payment costs attached to your purchase.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, album names, descriptions, and other content you upload or manage through Photobe.

You give Photobe only the limited rights needed to host, transfer, process, display, and back up that content so the service can provide local organization, sync, album sharing, previews, and related product functions.

• Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to store, copy, or distribute.
• If you invite collaborators or viewers, you are responsible for choosing the correct sharing scope and permissions.
• You remain responsible for keeping your own copies or backup strategy when that matters to you.

You may not use Photobe in ways that damage the service, interfere with other users, or break the law.

• No unauthorized access attempts, scraping, abuse, malware, or disruption of the service.
• No use of shared albums, invites, or contact channels for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful material.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, subscription controls, storage limits, or security checks.

Photobe aims to provide a stable service, but features may evolve, enter beta, move between plans, or be removed when needed for security, legal, or product reasons.

Maintenance, outages, sync delays, provider failures, or network interruptions can affect availability. Photobe does not promise uninterrupted access at all times.

Some parts of the experience may depend on third-party services such as payment processors, email delivery, security verification, notifications, platform app stores, or essential infrastructure providers.

Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy rules to the parts they control directly.

Photobe may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, legal obligations, non-payment, or serious violations of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want account deletion or other data handling help, use the contact page or in-product account controls when available.

Photobe is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. No promise is made that the service will be error-free, always available, or suitable for every professional, archival, or legal-use case.

To the extent allowed by law, Photobe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page on photobe.app, or by email to info [at] photobe. app. Messages are reviewed carefully, but a response is not guaranteed for every request.
